Who is this designed for?+
Owners who need short-term liquidity for a few months, or capital while their yacht is being sold. We provide our own capital through an agreed purchase and buyback arrangement.
Do I still own the yacht during the agreement?+
Ownership transfers to us on completion. You have a contractual option to repurchase the yacht within six months at the agreed prices. Continued use is governed by the agreed arrangements.
What size of transaction do you consider?+
We consider capital requirements from USD 3 million and yachts typically valued from USD 10 million. The purchase price depends on assessment. Your net payout is reduced by the agreed operating-cost reserve and any other disclosed deductions.
How quickly can I receive an offer and funds?+
Indicative terms can be provided within 24 hours once the necessary information is available. Funding within seven days is possible in suitable cases, subject to complete documents, timely survey access, satisfactory checks and agreed terms. Neither timing nor funding is guaranteed.
When do you send a surveyor?+
Once you confirm that our indicative proposal is suitable, we arrange a yacht survey. We appoint a surveyor from one of the three leading international yacht surveying firms, based on relevant expertise, location and earliest availability. Final terms remain subject to the survey and other checks.
Can I continue using my yacht?+
Yes, under the agreed usage, location, insurance and maintenance arrangements. These are documented before completion.
Who pays the running costs?+
We agree a six-month budget during the detailed application and retain the reserve from the purchase price. We pay agreed crew, berth, insurance and maintenance costs directly as they fall due, with regular statements. Personal cruising expenses are separate. Unused reserves are credited in the final settlement.
Can I buy my yacht back early?+
The contract specifies the permitted repurchase dates, prices and process, including any early repurchase arrangements. These are agreed before you complete the transaction.
What happens if I do not buy it back within six months?+
The contractual repurchase option expires and the yacht remains ours. We may proceed with its sale under the agreed process. Sale proceeds are reconciled against the agreed amounts, disclosed fees and actual costs; any remaining surplus is returned to you. The calculation and treatment of any shortfall are defined in the contract.
Can you help sell my yacht?+
Yes. If you intend to sell, we can support marketing with a specialist yacht broker from the outset at your request. The onward sale, release and settlement process is agreed with you in advance.
Can you consider international yachts or existing finance?+
We consider major international yacht flags, subject to applicable requirements. Tell us the location, registration, existing finance and claims so we can assess whether the transaction is feasible.
