We purchase the yacht using our own capital and give your client a six-month contractual buyback option. Continued use is agreed individually. You earn a referral fee on a successfully completed introduction. If you also broker the onward sale, a separately agreed sales commission may apply.

Who is the programme for?+
Yacht brokers, yacht managers and professional advisers with relevant owner relationships. Participation is subject to our review, a written agreement and applicable requirements.
Can my client buy the yacht back?+
Yes. Our model involves a purchase with a contractual option to buy back within six months. Ownership transfers to us on completion, and continued use is agreed individually. For clients planning an onward sale, we agree the marketing and settlement process in advance.
What size of transaction do you consider?+
We consider capital requirements from USD 3 million and yachts typically valued from USD 10 million. The purchase price, retained operating-cost reserve and net payout depend on the individual assessment and agreed terms.
How is my introduction recorded?+
Before sharing a client’s details, contact us to agree the introduction process and attribution. Your partner agreement will address existing contacts, duplicate introductions and payment conditions.
Can I earn a referral fee and a sales commission?+
A completed capital introduction can earn the agreed 2.5% referral fee. If you separately broker an onward sale, a sales commission may also apply under a distinct brokerage agreement. Neither appointment nor an additional sales commission is automatic.
