Our registered headquarters address is 60 Nexus Way, Camana Bay, Grand Cayman, KY1-9006. A Cayman registration and the yacht’s physical location are distinct: provide both the flag and the current berth.
Information that helps us assess your timing
Ownership and transfer documents are reviewed as part of the assessment. The individual purchase contract identifies the contracting entity and the agreed completion arrangements.
The same clear purchase and buyback structure
We purchase the yacht with our own capital. Ownership transfers at completion, and you receive a contractual option to repurchase within six months at agreed prices. Continued use is documented before completion. The net payout reflects the operating-cost reserve and other disclosed deductions.
