A planned Mediterranean cruise, refit or sale can change when and where a survey is possible. Please tell us about those plans early. Completion arrangements and any transaction-specific tax questions are addressed with the relevant advisers.
The same clear purchase and buyback structure
We purchase the yacht with our own capital. Ownership transfers at completion, and you receive a contractual option to repurchase within six months at agreed prices. Continued use is documented before completion. The net payout reflects the operating-cost reserve and other disclosed deductions.
