Dubai marketing and sales enquiries
Our Dubai marketing and sales office is at JBC1 Tower, Jumeirah Lake Towers. It is an enquiry and coordination point. The purchase contract identifies the contracting party; a marketing office is not a statement that the transaction is contracted in Dubai.
Information that helps us assess your timing
For yachts in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, provide the current berth, flag, owner or owning company and survey access arrangements. If you live in the UAE but keep the yacht elsewhere, give that location too.
The same clear purchase and buyback structure
We purchase the yacht with our own capital. Ownership transfers at completion, and you receive a contractual option to repurchase within six months at agreed prices. Continued use is documented before completion. The net payout reflects the operating-cost reserve and other disclosed deductions.
