For enquiries involving Florida or another US state, include both the owner’s location and the yacht’s actual berth and registration. State of residence does not by itself identify the yacht’s ownership or transfer arrangements.
Information that helps us assess your timing
If you are working with a broker in Fort Lauderdale, Miami or Palm Beach, ask them to share the listing and your sale timetable with your permission. Referral terms and any onward sales commission are separately agreed.
The same clear purchase and buyback structure
We purchase the yacht with our own capital. Ownership transfers at completion, and you receive a contractual option to repurchase within six months at agreed prices. Continued use is documented before completion. The net payout reflects the operating-cost reserve and other disclosed deductions.
